This page contains a few important things to read about your booking with We Just Click Photography.

When you make your booking, you will be ask you to read and agree to these terms.

We want you to be happy with your images, so please don't hesitate to contact Kate and chat about anything!


A nominated deposit is required to secure your session at the time of booking. This deposit will come off the total cost of your package. This deposit is non-refundable.

Full payment of balance is due at your session. You are welcome to pay cash or credit / eftpos card.

Please note your images will not be edited until balance payment is received.


We know that unexpected things come up. Illness, covid restrictions, bad weather. Don't stress - we will do everything I can to find a time that will fit with both our schedules.

In all cases your deposit will not be refunded, as we will work together to find an alternative time that suits for your session.

Please note that rescheduling/changes to sessions can only be made 24 hours prior to attending your session, once at your session we can no longer reschedule/change location and we will make it as awesome as possible.


Please look after yourselves and your family members at the location of your session. Due to the outdoor location of the sessions it is the clients responsibility to look after all children & adults attending the session.

We will of course make suggestions on poses and activities during a session to assist, but parents will always be responsible for the safety of their children and themselves.

Refunds & images

All sessions are custom photography sessions of you and your family. The images included, and for purchase, are digital images. Due to the digital nature of the images all sales are final and there are no returns or refunds.

Once you download your images you are able to print and share.

We always recommend printing them at high quality printers, we'd be happy to make recommendations.
