My style of photography is an unscripted shoot where it's all about capturing your family group just as you are, in natural looking photos.
We are lucky in Brisbane to be able to choose from so many beautiful outdoor locations as your setting for your photography session.
I love those candid moments of laughter, silliness and real happiness and my aim is to capture those natural moments.

Up to a 30 minute session in a beautiful outdoor location. The package includes 15 digital images that you can choose from a private online gallery. This option is perfect for smaller groups and for those wanting to capture special moments or update their family photos a few times throughout the year, as its cost effective and time efficient. Option to purchase additional images.

Package TWO
Up to 1 hour this session is designed to have a larger range of images taken and is the perfect option for an extended family session. The package includes 40 digital images that are delivered via a private online gallery that can be shared with your group for easy downloading.
Choose one of the gorgeous outdoor locations and utilise a few different spots within our location giving you greater diversity of backgrounds and looks.

Why hire a professional photographer?
To me, looking back on beautiful photos is one of the most magical things in this world!
Why pay for a professional photographer when you can take as many photos and record as many videos as you want, with your phone, right? Not quite. While phone snaps are wonderful memoirs, they don’t include one important element - YOU. You are not in the picture, having fun with your lovely family. A professional photographer can capture your family as a whole.
Now is the perfect time to make a moment a memory.

FAQ
What if I'm running late?
It is SUPER important that you arrive on time or even slightly early for your session. Please come to your session dressed and ready to have your fun family pictures taken. If you are running late, you may run the risk of your time being cut short as your session will still finish at its scheduled time. So, remember to account for busy morning traffic, finding a park and then finding me!
How should we dress for our family session?
My advice is to look at other family photos on Pinterest or Google and see what you like the look of. Both you & your kiddies have to like what they are wearing and feel comfortable.
Keep it simple …
Wearing simple classic plain block colours work well and try to stay away from logos or large pictures on t-shirts.
What’s the best time of day to have a photography session?
Best time of day is either early morning or late afternoon. This is due to the sun being lower in the sky which means softer lighting for your photos. See our location guide for examples.
Can we book out photography session in the middle of the day?
This is possible, but we need to choose very specific locations that have full shade coverage as the sun can cast strong harsh lighting at this time of day. I can assist with some great Northside locations that will work with this lighting condition. Also see our location guide for some examples.
Do we need to bring anything?
If you want to bring any props of your own, you are most welcome eg. A special rug, flower crowns, teddy bear, toys.
TIP: I do suggest having some treats or favourite foods on hand for the kiddies - it can come in very handy (bribery perhaps?) and also your little one's favourite toy or book can work well.
When will our photos be ready?
Turnaround time is normally about 7 -10 days for editing. You are then sent a link via email to your private online gallery. Please note the gallery expiry date, I always suggest downloading your images as soon as possible and storing them on a USB or Hard drive so they are safe.
PRINTING: If you plan on printing your photos, I ALWAYS suggest using a professional
camera shop eg. Camera House Chermside for a good quality outcome.
